  BRILLIANT PRIVATE GYM - TAILORED FOR THE INDIVIDUAL.
  
  As a self conscious female re entering the fitness scene, having had several years out due to injury, I felt intimidated at the prospect of getting the lycra out. I had over the years joined two of the "well known" Canterbury based gyms, but each time it was very commercial, and an intimidating place for one lacking confidence where they are surrounded by "posers" and the super fit. As such each visit was not pleasant and actually made my lack of confidence even worse until I eventually stopped going all together.
  
  I stumbled across Exclusive fitness on Google, and revisited the webpage over the weeks, until I contacted them and spoke with Howard Foster.
  
  He made me feel very comfortable, listened to my bad experiences and my needs and invited me in for my consultation along with one of his staff Ellie.
  
  I have been training with Howard and Ellie over the past few months and cannot recommend these guys enough.
  The gym is small and private, with everything you need and no prying eyes, just you and the trainer - exactly what I wanted and still love.
  This means no waiting for equipment, feeling that you are being watched or caring what you look like.
  
  Each session is tailed for me and I am not put on cardio for the session (which I hate ) but instead given exercises that suit me and the goals that I want to achieve.
  
  Brilliant gym, wish I had found them sooner - thanks guys!
